The Clamshell Card is a lower cost RFID card solution compared to the more sophisticated ISO Card. Most proximity card can be produced as clamshell cards like ID clamshell cards, t5567 clamshell cards, mifare clamshell cards. It is highly resistant to mechanical stress and the punch-slot allows for an easy fixing to lanyards etc.
The Clamshell Card provides an excellent reading distance compared to market standards.
